mixed feelings about this hotel
faulty air conditioning missing coat hooks
The room i stayed in had some issues, unfortunately. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room was uncomfortably warm at night. also, finding a place to hang my coat proved difficult. There were no hooks in the room. this was inconvenient given the limited space for luggage.

fantastic location good restaurant convenient shops
the location is fantastic. it made it easy to walk to most places. the restaurant downstairs is good too (i really liked their paella). the shops are right there as well.
the bedding looked a bit worn, though it was clean.

fantastic location friendly staff bathroom wear limited storage
the location was fantastic! it was super easy to walk to the harbor and enjoy meals (i found a few hidden gems). the rooms felt fresh, modern, and were really comfy. plus, the staff were just so friendly and always ready to help.
i noticed some signs of wear in the bathroom. also, there wasn't much space in the room for storing luggage (it would be nice to have some extra storage options).

superb location and immaculate stay
clean location nice staff clear instructions
the hotel had a mini fridge in the room. i found literally a half dozen restaurants just below the hotel. the receptionist provided clear entry instructions. the location offered convenient access to the gothic area and the metro station.
i noticed the air conditioner did not seem to work as effectively as i expected.

Really good stay near the port
great location ample space helpful staff clean room
The location offered great access to many bars and restaurants. The room matched the pictures online and provided ample space. The staff helped carry my items.. I appreciated their assistance. The accommodation proved very satisfactory due to helpful receptionists and a clean, spacious room.
I noted the absence of basic amenities like water and a kettle within the room. Coffee was supposedly available from a machine, but it was inaccessible during the morning.
